Group and individual psychotherapy to explore antecedents to a client's maladaptive behaviors, provide support, identify defense mechanisms, and target the emotional and intellectual barriers to their recovery.
Family and multi-family group therapy with the involvement of significant others who are supportive of a client's recovery. These sessions investigate issues central to the client's interpersonal constellation that are either exacerbating their condition or are a resulting problem of substance-related disorders.
Twelve-step educational groups and meetings to teach clients the philosophy of the recovery community and help clients assimilate into the various self-help groups such as Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous to promote their on-going recovery.
Outpatient Treatment (OP) to treat people for substance abuse that have the motivation to get sober and may have extensive social support, but cannot take leave from work, disrupt school attendance, or step away from other responsibilities. Clients are provided with one 1:1 hour session per week or as needed. Group therapy sessions are available along with AA and NA meetings.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) to treat clients with substance abuse and mental health disorders who still need a higher level of care and would benefit from a structured group schedule and individual therapy. Clients are provided with a 1 hour 1:1 session each week, and 9 hours of group therapy sessions per week. They are to attend an AA or NA meeting daily.
Partial Day Treatment (PHP) for clients that require an even higher level of structure and support. Clients at this level receive the utmost amount of attention and dive deep into trauma, relapse prevention, trigger identification, and similar topics. Clients are provided with two 1:1 hour sessions weekly with a substance abuse counselor. They are required to attend 6 hours of group therapy sessions daily for 6 days a week and attend an AA or NA meeting daily.
