Phase 2- Intensive outpatient (3+ hrs/day)

This second phase of treatment includes 3 hours per day, 6 days per week and tapers down to 3 hours per day, 3 days per week of intensive group and individual therapy. Patients will do random urine drug screens twice a week and are required to attend a minimum of 3 outside AA/NA meetings per week evidenced by a signed meeting card (church services are included in the 3 meetings and do not require a signature). During this phase patients will start job search and housing search. Our counselors will work closely with each patient to help them obtain their drivers license, social security cards, GED’s, pay court fines and fees, bus passes, car registration, and anything else that may be needed to join the workforce. This phase follows Phase I and has a duration of approximately 30 – 45 days of treatment. Patients continue discharge planning during this phase.

Phase 2 is where the magic happens. We find so much joy in helping our clients get out in the world, find work, build a strong foundation in a 12-step fellowship, and reconnect with family. We are able to overcome any obstacles as the clients continue with their same peer support specialist and counselor, and reside in sober living.
